God has given Rafael a tremendous love for the people of Hawaii. His desire is to show the love and saving grace that Jesus offers. The Sotos returned to Oahu in May of 2016 to plant the Kai Point Baptist Church in Hawaii Kai. Victory has supported the Sotos since 2015.
